• information about the processing of personal data (" NFT Seed Privacy Policy ");

Please read the Legal Documents before accessing or using the Services or the NFT Seed Site.

• PRIVACY POLICY NFT SEED

The NFT Seed Privacy Policy describes the rules for the Administrator's processing of Users' personal data in connection with the operation of the NFT Seed Site according to the rules set forth in the NFT Seed Terms and Conditions.

As we write in NFT Seed's Privacy Policy:

• "we", "us", "our", etc.. - we mean Administrator;
• "You", "you", "your", etc.. - we have in mind User.

At the end of NFT Seed's Privacy Policy there is a glossary that defines the terms defined here.

• Administrator

The administrator of the personal data is us - cannabis-launchpad.com OÜ with registered office in Tallinn, Estonia, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Lõõtsa tn 5, 11415, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under number 16541933.

To exercise your rights under the RODO, to submit a question or complaint regarding the use of your personal information in connection with the Services or the NFT Seed Site, you may contact us through:

• Purposes, grounds and duration of personal data processing

Below we outline the purposes of personal data processing, the period of processing and the legal basis for such processing.

[Content Access Services].

We process your personal data for the purpose of providing electronic services on the basis that such processing is necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services in accordance with the NFT Seed Regulations. We will keep your personal data for the duration of this contract.

[NFT Seed Services]

We process your personal data for the purpose of providing electronic services on the basis that such processing is necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services in accordance with the NFT Seed Regulations. We will keep your personal data for the duration of this contract.

[Other Services]

Other services available on the NFT Seed Site, such as: i) connecting the Wallet with the NFT Seed Site, ii) generating NFTs; iii) accessing social profiles, instant messaging, YouTube belonging to HubBurger®; iv) accessing the content of the NFT Seed Site or Whitepaper available through links referenced on the NFT Seed Site, shall be governed by the Privacy and Cookies Master Policy.

[System Logs]

We process your personal data in system logs to provide the Services (see. description and legal grounds indicated above), and for technical, administrative, analytical or statistical purposes based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and management of the NFT Seed Site. In this regard, we will keep your personal data until you make an effective objection to such processing.

[Legal Protection].

We process your personal data for the purpose of possible establishment and investigation of claimś or defense against claims on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is to protect our rights. We will keep your personal data for the period of the statute of limitations for claims, but no longer than 10 years from the date of collection.

• Period of data processing

The data processing period is specified in 1.3 above. This period may be extended if required by law or if the processing is necessary for the establishment and investigation of possible claimś or defense against claims.. After the end of the processing period, we delete your personal data or anonymize it.

• Data requirement

By using the Services or the NFT Seed Site, you provide your personal information, including but not limited to the following. in connection with the connection to our server (e.g.. IP address of your device). Provision of such personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract, i.e.. to use the Services or the NFT Seed Site. If we do not obtain such data, you will not be able to use the Services or the NFT Seed Site.

• Recipients of data

We may share your personal information with our partners (e.g.. entities that carry out activities to which access is granted under the NFT Seed Services), service providers (e.g.. entities responsible for IT infrastructure, marketing agencies), payment operators, professional service providers (e.g.. accounting, legal services) and related parties, including entities in our capital group. If required by law, we may also share your personal data with third parties, competent authorities or courts. In this case, we will share your data in the manner and to the extent prescribed by applicable law.

• Data transfer outside the EEA

We may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (" EOG "). We do this only if it is necessary for the provision of the Services or for other valid reasons (e.g.. for the purpose of establishing and implementing claims or defending against claims). To ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data, we will only transfer it in accordance with the legal requirements of the RODO. This means that we will generally only transfer your personal data outside the EEA if:

• the data recipient is located in a country for which the European Commission has issued a formal decision recognizing that a specific country provides an adequate level of protection, in whole or in part (e.g.. within the relevant economic sector);
• other appropriate measures are provided to protect your personal data and rights, for example, when we use standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.

• User Rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. You can do this at any time. If you withdraw consent, we will stop using your personal data when the basis for processing is consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The right to withdraw consent applies only to the extent that your personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our or a third party's legitimate interest. You can do this at any time. If you object, we will stop using your personal data when the basis for processing is our legitimate interest. In exceptional circumstances, we may continue to use your data despite your objection (this does not apply to objections to processing for direct marketing purposes). In order to do so, we must demonstrate the existence of valid legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.

You also have the right to:

• access to their data and receive a copy of it;
• rectify (correct) your personal data;
• limitation of personal data processing;
• deletion of personal data;
• portability of personal data
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data.

• Changes to NFT Seed's Privacy Policy

We may amend this NFT Seed Privacy Policy to ensure that it is up-to-date, legally compliant, in compliance with Legal Documents, and to make it more transparent and accessible to you. We will notify you of such a change in advance by posting an appropriate notice on the NFT Seed Site. We will also provide you with access to previous versions of this NFT Seed Privacy Policy.

• INFORMATION NFT SEED COOKIES

The NFT Seed Cookies Notice describes the Administrator's use of cookies in connection with the NFT Site or Services.

Capitalized terms in NFT Seed's Cookies Information have the meanings given to them in other Legal Documents.

• Introduction

Cookies are small text files installed on a user's device that collect information that generally facilitate the use of a website. For example, cookies can remember your language preferences or other browser settings.

In most cases, the information used in connection with cookies is personal data. In such a case, NFT Seed's Privacy and Cookies Policy or the Master Privacy and Cookies Policy shall apply accordingly.. In Section 2.2 below, we indicate the legal basis for processing personal data in connection with the use of a particular category of cookies.

We mainly use our own cookies. We also use third-party cookies, i.e. cookies from a domain other than the domain of the website you visit, primarily for analytical activities. We may also use other technologies similar to cookies, for example, HTML5 Local Storage, Local Shared Objects or tracking pixels. In general, when we refer to cookies in this Cookie Notice, we also mean such technologies.

• Cookies we use

We use the following types of cookies:

• Necessary cookies - they are necessary for the proper functioning of the NFT Seed Site;
• Functional cookies - are used to remember and customize the NFT Seed Site according to the choices you make;
• Analytical cookies - are used to analyze traffic on the NFT Seed Website so we can improve its performance.

Necessary cookies are always used by us because they are necessary for the operation of the NFT Seed Site. This means that you do not have the option to disable them if you want to use the NFT Seed Site. The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with these cookies is that the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (i.e.. to provide you with the Services and the NFT Seed Site).

Functional cookies are used if you agree to them. These cookies may be installed by us or by our partners (third parties) through the NFT Seed Site. The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with functional cookies is our legitimate interest.

Analytical cookies are used if you agree to them. These cookies may be installed by us or by our partners (third parties) through the NFT Seed Site. For example, we use Google Analytics cookies. They are used by Google to analyze the use of the NFT Seed Site, as well as to compile statistics and reports on the operation of the NFT Seed Site.. We use them to generate such aggregated data. However, since other websites also use Google Analytics, Google may combine cookie data from those sites. If you use a Google account, Google may also use such cookie data together with your account. To consent to the use of functional or analytical cookies, click the appropriate button on the banner that appears at the bottom of the screen when you first visit the NFT Seed Site.

• Storage period for cookies

The storage period of cookies depends on the type of cookies used. The NFT Seed Site uses two main types of cookies:

• Session cookies - temporary cookies that are stored on your device until you leave the NFT Seed Site or turn off your software (e.g.. web browser);
• Permanent cookies - permanent cookies that are stored on your device for a specified period of time.

The permanent cookies we use are stored for up to 6 months after installation.

• Your rights

If you use a web browser to access the Services or the NFT Seed Site, you can manage your preferences by changing your browser settings. Most browsers allow cookies by default. You can change this by changing your browser settings, e.g.. to automatically block certain cookies. In matters related to the processing of personal data in connection with cookies, you have the rights set forth in Section 1.7 of the Privacy Policy of the NFT Seed Website.

• Changes to NFT Seed's Cookie Information

Section 1.9 of NFT Seed's Privacy Policy shall apply mutatis mutandis to changes to NFT Seed's Cookie Information.
